SHARING KNOWLEDGE FOR BETTER LIVES
Everyday the thought of Africa stirs different scenarios, which are realized with the contribution of many people who volunteer their time and resourches to improve the living conditions of a population that constantly desire to grow. I believe in their culture and lifestyle, therefore I enter on tiptoe with the volunteers and i listen to their needs in order to give a significant contribution to their health and life conditions. This power allow the bith of HEALTH AID, a medical and health project for a selected community in the north of Ghana, an African country in the developing world. The Association has built an health center run by local staff. Supported by the collaboration of several volunteers and health workers, the project educate the community of Saboba and Chereponi on general notions about hygiene and health, involving local staff as assurance of continuity and acceptance as something community-based. The project provides an opportunity for all participants to experience an international setting and makes different countries of the world cooperate to achieve a common goal: sharing of knowledge useful to improve people lifes.

CLINIC
In addition to spreading medical and health knowledge, HEALTH AID ONLUS works in the local GUEST HOUSE with the CLINIC opened not only to all inhabitants of Saboba, but also to neighboring ones. Moreover, during the medical mission, especially in the initial hours of the day, the clinic moves into the farther villages nestled in the savannah (mobile clinic), meeting even more remote populations that need education and medical care.
