We inform you that, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 (“Code regarding the protection of personal data”) and subsequent amendments and additions and the EU 2016/679 regulation, the processing of data provided or otherwise in our possession will be in accordance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, as well as respecting privacy and your rights.

We inform you that the Data Controller and Processor is Health-Aid Onlus.

The data protection officer is Diego Manzoni.

Type of Data Processed

We inform you that the object of the processing is the common personal data for the contact via email, sensitive (medical) in the case our volunteers join the missions in Ghana, will be used also a picture of the contact for some activities and initiatives.

Purpose

Personal data that you entrust us from time to time will be processed for purposes strictly related to contact via email or regular mail.

In particular, Health-Aid Onlus will be able to process data for operations relating to contact registration and health assessment activities based on the willingness to participate in on-site missions (Ghana, Africa)

Processing Methods

We inform you that the processing of personal data is carried out both in paper form and through the use of electronic tools and will include, in compliance with the provisions of the law and the precautions necessary to ensure the security of the data.

Data Sharing

The personal data you have made available will not be shared with ant third party without prior authorization.

Automated Decision Processes

informs those concerned that it does not use automated decision-making processes, if not related to defining the type of communication based on the interests expressed and the activities in which it is involved.

Data Transfer Abroad

Health-Aid Onlus does not transfer personal data to third countries, but only anonymous tracking data.

Tracking of identified users is collected and used in Italy and Ghana.

Rights

Health-Aid Onlus guarantees to the interested parties the exercise of the following rights:

  • access to personal data (Article 15) the right of rectification (art.16)
  • to cancellation (Article 17)
  • to the limitation of the processing of personal data (Article 18)
  • to the portability of personal data (Article 20)
  • of opposition (art.21)
  • not to be subjected to an automated decision (art.22)
  • to propose a complaint to a supervisory authority.

Data Retention

Your data will be kept for the entire duration of the relationship and at the end of for the period necessary to comply with the law.
